Delta Disaster Services has invested heavily in a state-of-the-art drying equipment to expedite any drying process. We own and operate large desiccant dehumidifiers that can dry your property quickly and effectively.

The DESICAiR® DRY-700™ desiccant dehumidifiers were designed primarily for water damage remediation. It is totally portable, self contained and is designed for maneuverability in small spaces like building elevators and tight corridors. The DRY-700 dehumidifiers produce dry air for increased efficiency in environmental drying, support drying for mold remediation, building envelope drying and post fire structural drying. Designed with flexibility in mind, the DRY-700 is suitable for a multitude of applications where precision humidity control is required.

Humidity can be controlled below levels at which moisture condenses on surfaces, thereby preventing corrosion, mold and mildew formation.

Engineered to operate under severe operating conditions, the DRY-700 uses desiccant technology to remove water directly from the air. The heart of the unit is STULZ-ATS proprietary desiccant dehumidification wheel. Electric resistance heaters are used for regeneration and low speed/low noise blowers are used to move supply and regeneration air throughout the unit.

One of the keys to effective drying includes the rapid removal of water from all services.
