Wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the great job Nick and Nathan did for us.  They are both pleasant to work with and did an exceptional job keeping us updated on the progress of the project and keeping things tidy in their workplace.  It was a long process getting the house back to its original state, but felt confident in the work that was being done.

This is a note of appreciation and commendation for the work done today by Mike Ault for repairs to my home after a sewer backup in June.  His promptness, quality of work and demeanor speak well of your company.  A very happy ending to my "disaster".

On May 11th of this year, our medical office sustained a fair amount of water damage following a storm.  We called on Delta Disaster Services to aid in restoration and repair.  Our carpentry/repair work was assigned to Mike.  He started bright and early, put in a long day of dry-walling.  He returned the next day to finish the job by applying the final coat of paint and overall cleanup.  I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism and workmanship and I would call on him again if needed.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring his services.  Thank you for your time.

I would like to commend Mike Ault, he performed work on our kitchen and basement in response to a leak in our home.  Mike worked competently and professionally as a carpenter.  Some of the characteristics that stood out to me about Mike were the quality of his craftsmanship and attention to detail.  It is clear that Mike enjoys the work that he does as a carpenter.  We were pleased with him and his customer service.  I would recommend him to friends or family without reservation.

We recently had flooding in our basement due to faulty installation of a boiler and water connections.  It was an extremely stressful event for us.  Delta was asked to come in and do the repairs.  In particular, we wanted to single out Scott Lask, the Lead Carpenter.  Scott finished his work right on schedule and throughout he was a model of professionalism.  He was prompt, courteous and as unobtrusive as possible

So thanks to Delta and Scott Lask for making a difficult situation bearable.

I would like to let you know of the excellent service provided by your lead technician Chad and his partner Joe. They responded to a call made by Lt Travis Hopwood from West Metro Fire due to a car slamming into our house. From the time that they arrived to the time they left, they were extremely courteous and professional. Chad assessed the situation and got started right away. They sealed all the windows that were effected and rebuilt part of our wall with in about 3-4 hours (I lost track of time along the way). As you can imagine, my husband and I were in a bit of shock, but Chad and Joe's light hearted attitude made the situation better. Also, I was especially impressed with their knowledge and honesty when we asked them questions about procedures and what to expect.

I would recommend your company in a heartbeat to anyone who needs it.

I just wanted to send along a note saying that your team seemed to do a very good job yesterday. They got here very fast and jumped right in and got to work. They asked the appropriate questions but didn't need much direction. They came across very professional. The start of the job made me feel very hopeful that the rest of the job will go well. We experienced a water line break in our home in mid February. Our insurance company recommended Delta Disaster. Within a half hour of us reporting the situation to our insurance company , a representative of your company called us-thank you for the prompt and courteous service.

The first part of the remediation for our house was taking out wet plywood and insulation under our home. This process was a tough, thankless job since it required crawling under our home in a 18" to 24" crawlspace, working on ones back and having insulation falling all over in the process.

I want to specifically commend the cheerful, hard working and tremendous job that Troy, Anthony, Thomas and Christopher all performed. Please extend my sincere appreciation to these employees. They are an asset to your business!

I just want to say a huge thank-you to Delta Disaster Services. Your team lead by Chad displayed the utmost in professionalism, thoroughness, and incredible insight into the water disaster we were experiencing. Chad provided the best case, worst case scenarios of our damage and provided clear and understandable steps to remedy the situation.

Loy and I want to let you know that we were extremely pleased with the work that Lou did in reconstructing our bathroom and storage closet after water damage. He was very helpful to us suggesting new equipment we needed and doing most of our shopping. For example he purchased the new toilet and he knows more about what type to buy than we would have known. He was so good about working around my schedule as I teach piano in the room just outside the area where he was working.

Lou was everything we could have asked for in a skilled and willing worker. We feel he deserves the highest recommendation.

The initial shock of standing in a kitchen flooded with water, numbed my senses. Not knowing how to begin I called my insurer. I was advised to contact Delta Disaster Services for immediate assistance. Within 2 hours Deltas emergency response team arrived on the scene. Johnny and Troy immediately assessed the situation and assured my wife and I that water mitigation would begin immediately. The manner in which they presented their assessment and their method for dealing with the situation gave us relief and comfort.

The next day, Steve and his team of specialists arrived to better asses the situation. It was decided that the cabinets could be salvaged. Troy and his assistant handled the delicate job, saving a considerable amount of money.

Cabinet restoration also required a carpenter of exceptional skill. Scott did the job to perfection. All of Delta's personnel and subcontractors were well qualified and performed to the highest standards.

After two months of mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction, my wife and I can acknowledge that Delta Disaster Services meets the criteria of an outstanding organization.

I am writing to say thank you for taking care of us after one of our pipes burst in our basement. Joey did a great job going over all of the information and forms with me. Everyone has been very nice, and I look forward to working with you!

Chad and Joey were terrific professionals today when addressing our water damage. They were courteous, respectful and very considerate of our home. They were prompt in evaluating the damage and very efficient in setting up their equipment.

Our disaster started at about 3 am this morning when the pipes to our master bathroom tub burst and the water damage went from the upper level down through the main and into the basement.

Chad and Joey showed up after lunch, Patty kept me updated with their arrival time. Chad and Joey took the perfect amount of time explaining the cleaning, drying, and step by step process to me before they ever started. They were courteous the whole time they were in our home, friendly to my children and even the family pets.

I am so thankful that this disaster wasn't so bad in the long run and I know we will be taken care of from beginning to end.

Eric, Joey and Billy were here today to do water mitigation when a pipe burst in my basement due to freezing.

Craig: Thank you for referring me to Delta Disaster Services. I am in the process of selling my home and a home inspector for a buyer raised the issue of mold and moisture behind the stucco during an inspection of the property. The issue was resolved by Scott Hansen in less than an hour using a high tech meter that detects moisture inside the wall. The testing took only 30 minutes and found no moisture.  Scott refused to take money offered to him.  Thank you AMICA.

Delta, super exceeded my expectations.  They were prompt, polite, and very considerate of me and my home, up to and including sending someone out in the middle of the night (within 1/2 hour after I called).

Just a quick note to say the contractors did a nice job replacing the roof and repairing the leak in the kitchen.  All appointments were on time and employees were knowledgeable.

I am waiting for the final city inspection (Arvada) which should be soon.  If there were to be any problems, I am sure Delta would take care of it immediately.

The roofing subcontractor, Geraldo, was very efficient and thoughtful, especially watching the weather forecasts.  And the inside contractor, Bruce, did a very good job- the kitchen ceiling looks great. Both the roofing and inside contractors did a really good job cleaning up during and after the project.

The service was excellent, more specifically Mike Ault did an excellent job! The Delta team was very considerate and professional.

We thank our insurance company for assigning Delta to help us through our disaster. Delta was always courteous, helpful and committed to timely quality work.

We cannot believe how much Delta Disaster Services did to resolve our flood problems. They were efficient and professional. We now look back at the situation and realize that what could have been a potential disaster in so many ways was essentially a non-issue from our standpoint.

My husband & I experienced a major flood inside the home we had just purchased 7 days prior and had yet to move in. The immediate response, a variety of staff calling to assess via telephone the situation and urgency needed on the manner was a great relief.

The team arrived and worked diligently for 5 days during the Thanksgiving Weekend and professional in their manner. We could not have felt more at ease w/ the crew you sent or the drive/ambition the workers showed for the monumental task they had to undertake. The worked long hours and were only able to take Thanksgiving Day off to spend at home.

We are a military family and in having moved around the US for years, this is our final home. We are so grateful for the staff, manner at which it was handled and continue to find wonderful people to assist in our re-construction efforts.

They have been very prudent in our request to spend the Christmas holiday here as a family for the first time in 3 years since the efforts overseas have kept us away from family too long. We understand the sacrifice they made for us and hope the Company does not let it go unnoticed.

We are very pleased with the work Lou and Mike did in our basement. I spent more time with Lou, he is a very nice man and I was very glad he was here for us.
