All of the documents were frozen directly onsite and quickly shipped to an advanced freeze-dry facility, where the documents were subjected to a complex freeze-dry and thaw process. All documents were successfully restored and returned to Delta Disaster Services' warehouse, where each document was then catalogued and re-packaged for return to our customer.
