With over three inches of sewage across the entirety of this finished basement, it was necessary for Delta Disaster Services' certified mitigation technicians to remove all flooring, baseboard, and insulation as well as making their flood cuts at a much greater height than usual, as is obvious here. It was necessary to remove the drywall to a greater height from the floor in this case due to rapid wicking of contaminated water up into the drywall panels.
