The extensive degree of material contamination sustained in the basement bathroom required a complete gut of the existing bathroom; our customer chose to view this unfortunate circumstance in the most positive light possible, however, and contracted us above and beyond her insurance settlement to upgrade the materials and design used in re-construction.
